We all have unique bone structure and body shape that we can't change. I just want to say to women , ' Be yourself - it's. Inner beauty that counts. You are your own best friend, the key to ur happiness & as soon as u understand that - and takes a few Heartbreakers - you can be happy. BODY TYPES : - 1. Ectomorph - These women's are generally having narrow face , thin body , and prone to fatigue easily. I will suggest please don't do exercise when u are tired as prone to fatigue but u can flourish exercise. 2. Mesomorph - You are neither plumpy or skinny , u are average weight. Have tendency to gain muscle easily and fat likely less . I will suggest a some Aerobic exercise with some balanced exercise routine are good for you. 3. Endomorph - You are pear shaped, ur hips are broader then ur shoulder, have wide bone structure, more likely to have curvier body than other and prone to gaining weight and storing far. I will suggest Aerobic exercise will counter this. Apple shape can hain weight easily and pear shaped store fat below waistline.
